No it is a comercial program but yesterday I did read that most source codes come from other existing program anyways. I am not even a programmer just came on chapter 1 of CC+ and this already mention this. But if this neural network indeed does what it says it could be a evalution of chessprogramms What I do know is that (I don't know if it has this names by other company's or universety's) Neural networks realy exists actualy yuo already can see them in practice in Harbors in Holland and Japan But this are only shipping cars but they do already sort of think by them selves.
