do you mean by  'analyze game' to annotate the whole game, from last move to
first?
what time control did you set to analyze for gandalf ?
I read it's better to have a seperate gandalf with certain parameters under CB
GUI, just for analyzing, maybe mogens and others know better.
i dont use gandalf or any other non-native engine under CB GUI.
