Actually, I didn't say that it wouldn't RUN; I said that it wouldn't WORK PROPERLY (or some such verbage). Basically, The King WILL return moves if used inside Winboard, but it will only search 1K positions and return a move (basically return an almost random legal move). It WILL run, though, and it WILL play chess. It just won't play very satisfying chess. jm
