Thanks for the information. My wife threw away my upgrade form so I was happy to see your message. I went to the Milpitas Best Buy at lunchtime and picked up a copy for $19.99 plus tax. A coworker bought one as well - they may be out of copies now. I hope that this low pricing discourages pirates. Keith
