Hi Bill,
This is becoming very frustrating. I appreciate everyone`s patience
in helping me.
I did find a file named rebel.pcs, but didn`t know what to do with
it. I dragged it to the desktop but that didn`t accomplish anything so i
deleted everything i could find related to rebel. When i tried to
reinstall, a list of files came up, each one saying: skipped, already
exists except for one named rebel.exe I went back to the find file
thing and found one file under rebel.exe in my C drive. I created a
shortcut to the desktop and when i clicked on it had the same problem as
before, a message saying rebel.pcs not found.
