I think that your impression are wrong.

Junior6 is leading a tournament now when Deep Fritz is second.

Tiger13 has slightly worse hardware but it does not justify difference of more
than 1/2 point so I can say that Junior's result is clearly better than
Tiger13's result.

It is not a proof that Junior6 is better and there are also tournaments when the
opposite happens(see chessfun's results) but the difference between tiger and
Fritz6a or Junior6 is not very big.
