2-3.46 times faster mean 70-130 elo better based on the assumption of 70 elo
from doubling the speed and I do not consider deminishing return from speed.

It means not more than one point in 6 rounds.

The difference between Junior and Gambittiger is bigger than one point so the
expected results from better hardware are not enough for gambit to win the
tournament.

3.46 times faster is not exactly correct for Fritz because 2*p3-866<p3(866*2)
because 2 processors are less than twice faster than one processor.

Another point is that for people who have 2*p3-866 tiger is only 1.73 faster
than pIII500 so from their point of view the difference is even smaller.
