It means not more than one point in 6 rounds. The difference between Junior and Gambittiger is bigger than one point so the expected results from better hardware are not enough for gambit to win the tournament. 3.46 times faster is not exactly correct for Fritz because 2*p3-866<p3(866*2) because 2 processors are less than twice faster than one processor. Another point is that for people who have 2*p3-866 tiger is only 1.73 faster than pIII500 so from their point of view the difference is even smaller. Uri
