I'am a little confused about playing live chess on internet with ChessMaster 8000. It appears to me that the only way you can play another opponent on the internet is that you need to know the opponent's IP address but my question is there a site for playing opponents like they had it set up for CM 6000? This setup they are using appears to me that the only way you are going to play chess on the internet within CM8000 is to have a friend who also has CM 8000 and then to exchange your IP address so you can play each other! This allows playing only people who you know, and then you can get their IP address to play. The other way is modem to modem by dialing their Phone No. which is really nice, but again doesn't allow unknown opponents to play each other. And then there is Lan play! Does anyone know anything about this ChessMaster Live feature? Regards,Terry
