If a person who operates a computer account, and doesn't mind telling the world
about his victories against other computer accounts, gets annoyed when losing to
someone who may or may not have been using a computer, then that person is a
poor loser in my opinion. Especially when the only purpose of the account is
supposed to be personal enjoyment.

We'll have to disagree on that.

The last cheater thread didn't prove that people here are more competent
deciding such a question.
