You said you offered a draw BEFORE your next move, which would have been a three move rep. If you had just taken that move, the three move rep would have been automatic, and the game would have been a draw. But since you didn't take the move, the computer had no way of knowing your intentions, of whether you intended to play into the 3 move rep or not. Look on the bright side...it's only one game, and in the big scheme of life, it doesn't really matter much. Odds are you'll have forgotten about it by next year.
