Several had contacted me via private email reporting they were having problems with moderator email, since we _always_ respond as quickly as possible. If you don't get a response, you should assume the worst and try again, as this case showed. Or if you know _any_ of our private email addresses, you can ask that way as well (mine is well-known for example). If you email me directly, it should either arrive (or bounce if something is broken.) Using moderator email has a third party involved that hid this problem quite nicely. IE it couldn't bounce the bad email to you, and it couldn't deliver it to us, so from your perspective, it went into a deep black hole.
