It is a known tablebase problem Hiarcs had the KRP vs KR tablebases but had not the KQR vs KR tablebases. Hiarcs is never going to promote the pawn for a queen or rook when it has another winning move that keep the KRP vs KR position and the result is a draw Hiarcs could win the game if it had the KQR vs KR tablebases that are not included in the hiarcs CD.
