I have one known cook for this position, as given to me by a GM a few years
ago: Be3, which is a move that keeps the threat of b6 alive. The danger is
to allow black to block things up and prevent b6, which means a breakthrough
is not possible. At first glance, it seems that this program doesn't recognize
the importance of b6 being played before it becomes impossible. The eval
suggests it is simply counting material...

Kb3 is the move Crafty suggests until it finds b6 at depth=15, 10 seconds
on my notebook.

It might be fairly close. But after b5, Crafty suggests Qh7 for black... with
the score about a pawn better for black than if white had played the suggested
key move.
