In the last chapter of the Rebel 11 saga, I explained that
Ed had a miscommunication with his shipper, and our shipment
left regular mail instead of Priority as we had requested.

So, when the programs arrived, we put all else aside and
invoiced and shipped that same day so our customers would not
have to wait any longer than they already had. Unfortunately,
we assumed that the instructions were inside the cover of the CD
or on the CD itself, and nothing happened to change our minds
until the instruction manuals SHOWED UP YESTERDAY (AARRGGGHH!!!).

So, this morning we are again putting everything else aside
until all of the manuals are mailed out to all of our Rebel 11
customers. Naturally, all new Rebel 11 orders coming in now
will have the manual included.

This was one of those Murphy Law situations. Hopefully it
has now ended. It only SEEMS as if it has gone on longer
than our current U.S. elections:-))
