I have just made the experiment and yes, you can start Rebel-Tiger II two times
on the same machine.

That means it is maybe possible to have one copy play with one of the standard
Tiger engines, and the other copy running a Winboard engine.

You could also start Rebel-Tiger II and start another chess program able to
autoplay thru a COM port and try to see if it works.

I guess Lex could tell you more about this, but I don't know if he has tried
this himself.
