You are only allowed to set your hash table size to be the amount of PHYSICAL
memory that you have REMAINING on your machine when you run Chessmaster, MINUS a
reasonable amount for other processes (I believe this amount is less than 4MB,
but I'm not sure). ALSO, the choices are in powers of 2, so the next available
choice would be 32MB, which is probably more than you have remaining on your
machine. Hence, your maximum of 16MB.
