How do I get windows not to autoload >windows install programs when you pop in the CD? I've always disabled the cdrom "auto insert notification" for all my pcs. This is one way to do that. Follow this path ... My Computer,Control Panel, System, Device Manager, Cdrom. Click on the name of your Cdrom and enter Properties then Settings. A page will load that has a checkmark beside "Auto Insert Notification" just remove that checkmark and click "apply".
