Subject: How do I get Gideon to work?

After buying Rebel 11 and getting the url from Rebel Company to the subscription
area, there is a copy of Gideon for download. However part of the installation
requires the CD in the drive. This I did but the installation does not recognise
the new Rebel 11 CD. Am I missing something here?
