Ladies and Germs, In the arena of computer vs computer matches I propose a new way of determining the "Best" computer program. 1. Play a large number of programs against your candidate. 2. Select out your programs losses as being "invalid votes". 3. Pick the games that you want, to demonstrate your programs strengths. 4. Recount or Re-vote by playing a large number of games against a program that does poorly against your program. 5. Don't allow any new much stronger programs to play your program. 6. Disqualify candidates for filing late. Happy Thanksgiving, Tim Frohlick
