I missed the above.  changing this should not hurt anything, except that if
you make it too big, the "draft" field in the hash table will overflow and
cause problems.  If you change incply, you should also change the search
extension values accordingly.  IE one reply should become 75 rather than
45 so that is stays at 3/4 of a ply.  Etc.
