Subject: Chess Tiger Purchase

 I'm keen to purchase the new Rebel programme but am wary about giving my
credit card details over the Net.My credit union about a year ago advised
against it.I know that Steve pointed out that CCC uses a scrambler but does
Rebel?I'd appreciate any comment.
