I do. The only acceptable rules IMO are the same time with the program making
it's move without human interference. If playing on a server manually on one
program and being concerned by the lag of manually moving then add an inc of 5
secs per move to the initial time controls.

IMO that should not have been allowed.

Under that theory giving one program 2 hours the other 1 hour is fair as long as
it's known. I don't see how the result in a case such as that are fair.
