I have been using Rebel Tiger to play opponents on FICS, and i checked the two boxes for Rebel Tiger to play against other players automatically, but it won't work unless i manually set the level i want Tiger to play at and post that level on the board. I received a response in usually less than 1 min., and then the game plays out until there is a winner. Out of a dozen games Tiger only lost 1 game to a 2500+ player. All 12 games were at 2 min/game + 12 sec. Then after the 1st game there were no more challenges and i waited for at least 10 min., but as soon as i again posted another challenge which again askes you what time control you want posted i would again receive a response almost immediately! So, i feel that i must not be doing something correctly because i was under the impression that once you have Rebel set up to automatically play on FICS that it would continue to play until i would manually stop it.
