Subject: Rebel Tiger II - Removing splash screen and Tiger roar at startup

After a while I got tired of seeing the Tiger and hearing it roar every time I
loaded Rebel Tiger II. I must be a minimilist at heart. If you are like me,
rename the following files:

Rebel\RebelTigerII\splash.bmp  ---> anything else
Rebel\RebelTigerII\Sounds\welcomnl.wav  ---> anything else

The program loads right to the user interface with no sound. Yes!
