thats not right. you attacked him for doing ADVERTISING.
he has no business. how can he advertise ??

you implied he is doing a business with it.
if it is not true, you said something wrong.
you can say : i am different opinion. but you are not allowed
to lie about mr. frohlick.
thats imo insulting or willingly offending somebody.

but you have no right to offend people.
for no reason other that you have negative feeling when somebody else
