The engine is not "preferring" a weaker move when it decided on Raf1 (0.00) over
Nxc7 (+0.65). What is happening here is that the engine is basically saying,
"Whoops, now that I've looked deeper, Nxc7 actually has a WORSE score than Raf1,
which I know to be 0.00. So Raf1 is my new PV."

Does that clear it up?
