Nice to see Century back in the SSDF. Some positions from the games. In this position can Crafty win with the straight forward Nxf3 instead of the game continuation Ng4? Should be some table base hits that resolve this. Is Crafty using endgame bases in these games? [D]8/7p/4k2P/3b3P/5K2/5p2/5P1N/8 w - - id Crafty 17.07 K6-2/4 - Century 3.0 K6-2/45; What do table bases give for this position, win or draw? [D]8/8/4k3/6Q1/5p2/4q3/2K5/8 w - - id Crafty 17.07 K6-2/4 - Century 3.0 K6-2/45: And finally out of curiousity, can anyone other Century owner reproduce the move Bc3, that Century3 played? I tried two methods. The direct analysis of the position and mimicing the game by loading in the position a move earlier - letting Century think at 40/2 time control - it played a4 as in the game - waited three minutes then entered Crafty's reply of Rb8 - then let Century make its move.
