In the case I cite above how is Daniel to know >what to do? he is simply interested in playing his game, posting it and seeing >what people think of it. > >Sarah. First of all Daniel has not done anything wrong, I just adviced him to post messages belonging to the same thread to the same thread (I love english!). As we don't have an etiquette the users must give advice - it is called helping and I wanted to give advice to Daniel. Nothing more nothing less. Moderated forums are _not_ for people "just interested in posting their own things" or people "not interested in following posting rules and regulations". And I wouldn't say that Daniel belongs to that group. Rules are not made to limit the freedom but to make things pleasant for everybody. An etiquette would complement the rules (if everybody read them). I will definitely give suggestions to an etiquette if Mr. Schwartz (sorry if I mispelled) or who ever decides these things wanted CCC to have one. An etiquette would give ideas on what to write to the subject line, when to start a new thread and so on. These are not at all clear things to everyone - as we have seen many, many times during past months and years. Severi
