first it is important to know if you have prior experience in setting up chess
programs through winboard or anything else in chess servers?

but I dont think you can do it with CT interface. (I mean auto seek) ( I dont
have CT)
through winboard there is a possibility of doing it with script, which has to be
in the command line in winboard.

set autoflag 1

type this when you are logged on with your account.
this will enable autoflaggin from the server when your opponent runs out of
time.

to see if your autoflag is set to "on" type "vars"

this will show your variable
where you will find "autoflag=1" which means your autoflag is "on"

sometime your opponent goes to negative time because of lag, but the server
takes care of it.
