Sorry but the position is illegal because the rook not from a8(h8 or promoted
pawn) cannot get to a7 or b8 based on the pawn structure.

Programs are stupid and cannot see that the position is illegal even if you give
them infinite time(I hope that someone will not find a way that I do not imagine
to get the rook from h8 or from a1-h1 to b8 or a7 without moving the bishop and
without moving a6,b7,c6,d7).

It is better to put a queen at a7 and not a rook.

black cannot save itself by Qxb6 because after cxb6 black has nothing.

programs are probably going to capture the queen as white and lose the game.

Here is the position(I hope the final diagram and I hope that there are no
mistakes after so many mistakes I am sure about nothing):
