Thanks for the answers guys. I agree with you Walter that NPS doesn't reflect strength accurately since Hiarcs (an extremely low NPS) beats Junior (an extremely high NPS) quite often at Blitz. Severi asked how did I determine that low MPS = better positional chess while high NPS = better tactical ability. I didn't determine anything, I was only noting my observations. In either event (slow or fast), most engines on a reasonably fast machine make me look silly.
