I agree that it is not correctly solved, even though it does have the same
starting sequence as all the others that got a 'better' score.

Phalanx has the best search extensions of anyone in the business.  It competes
effectively head to head at 1/3 of the NPS of engines like Crafty and LGoliath
because of it.
