To be quite honest, it is doubtful that either of these will get in the patch.
The first one is a good idea, but will probably be added next version. Since it
isn't a bug, it will be always put on the back burner in favor of fixing bugs.

The second one is very difficult, because trying to "accurately" calculate a
rating for a custom personality or an imported engine is basically impossible,
and there would be little to no point in approximating the rating. However, the
next version MIGHT allow the user to SPECIFY a rating for a custom/imported
personality. But, once again, this would not be bug-fixing....
