People around the world are having a great deal of fun over this election, but the comparisons to third world countries are a bunch of rubbish. There are no shots being fired, no tanks in the streets, and in January a new president will be inaugurated without a single drop of blood being shed. The winner and loser will shake hands, and the nation will go about its business.
