Easy if you want intel or AMD inside as you can goto www.pricewatch.com but when it comes to Alpha Chip's You have to go through Compaq ...They are'nt too bad it's the pre installed software that screws everything up i wiped everything on my laptop so no more major problems ..... not my main computer anyhow not to get too far off the subject other than compaq you can try to look for a company that sells the alpha's look in the back of a linux mag or do a net search i don't think you can put it together from scratch like you can with AMD or intel. One last thing i wasn't knocking your computer i am just saying that if you want something that will not be beaten by anyone under FIDE 2580 then you want a quad Alpha... but this is debateable peace out homie
