Subject: Cooling Device and CPU Speed

Since a year or more I have been using a cooling device called "Rain". In a way
or another it impedes an overheating of the cpu in certain conditions, but
suddenly I have wondered if this thing does not cause some lose of speed and so
I am losing some extra nodes per second in every one of my programs. Anyone
knows if such thing happens or this is just one of my periodic paranoid runs?
