It could be calculated from a list of players who belong to both organizations. Without using that data, it would only be a wild guess. There is surely some correlation between the strength of players in one group compared to the other but without a meaninful mathematical comparison, the only result you could obtain is a wild guess or opinion. I suspect that the needed data does exist. It would simply need to be gathered and analyzed.
