This is very much on topic, and what's more it is news, even if of an unusual kind (well, maybe not so unusual, unfortunately). Of course it is controversial. What else do you expect where legal action is involved ? However both sides have full right to take this to public opinion, which is us, and present their case as forcefully as they want. One thing the moderators should NOT do is to make the parties directly involved shut up. There will be reactions, and the moderators should intervene only if they become unruly. I don't think that long threads are illegal on CCC. Amir
