It is also _very_ ill-advised. Any attorney will tell you that if you are involved in any litigation, _keep your mouth shut in public_. However, I wasn't concerned about it being off-topic. I was concerned about it being potentially libelous for anyone involved in the "discussion" as well as the potential burst of moderator email such as happened the last time this "discussion" started here.
