In the past 10 years , what has been the average improovement in Rating points
due to :
a) Only Hardware (same program in diferent PC )
a.1) Against Humans
a.2) Agains Machines
b) Only Software ( same PC with better programs )
b.1) Against Humans
b.2) Against Machines
Should we maintain these rates for the next 10 years ?
Are these rates decreasing already ?
Any estimates in Rating of what perfect chess would be ?
