My results with Shredder 5 (arrived yesterday) so far:

10/game
 1:0 Junior 6a
 1/2 Gambit Tiger 1.0
 0:1 Fritz 4.01
 1/2 Hiarcs 7.32

30/game
 1/2 Gandalf 4.32f
 1:0 Fritz 6.0b (Triple Brain with SOS)
 0:1 Chess Tiger 13
 0:1 Gambit Tiger 1.0 (see posting above for the beautiful game)

So far, my intuition tells me that Shredder is about the same strength as
Fritz/Junior (maybe slightly better) but a little worse than CT and GT.
More matches will of course tell more.
