US litigation practice is not the same as German. US citizens are accustomed to take care of themselves, which resulted among a lot of good things also in people running to court for nearly every fart. Even US presidential candiates, as we have seen. All their good right. In Europe that practice is not that widespread, and people and courts overseas are not so interested in cases US citizens would consider a guarantee for their pensions. Jeroen ;-}
