You can get three, four, five and some six piece tables at Hyatt's ftpsite: ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/TB/ There used to be a zipfile with all 3- and 4-piece tables at Corbit's ftpsite, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore.
