it's easy bruce. it's not allowed when i do it. but it is allowed when bob does it. bob has thought everything in forward about computerchess. he is a professor and has more power. so he can decide when he "has the feeling" to delete whatever he wants, to do whatever he wants, and to interprete the charta in the way he wants. btw: the reason i did not post in those thread was: my pc's were in parts... now everything is better. the point is about power. the ones having the power decide what is democracy, what is allowed and what is on-topic. this is called democracy. or capitalism. whatever you want. if you want that all people can talk what they want, within the limits of the charta, this would be star-trek=communism.
