I am not sure if you used the word final and the word that I remember is finally. I did some search and you used the word finally in some of your posts see http://www.icdchess.com/forums/1/message.shtml?142517 I clicked on edit, clicked on find (on this page) and found the word finally when I searched for final. I did not search more to see if you used the word final and maybe there is a misunderstanding. My first language is not english and I am not sure if the word finally in the third line of the third paragraph means that the decision of the court was a final decision. It is possible that there is a misunderstanding because I think that the first language of both of you is also not english. Uri
