Thankyou Bob and Peter for the help. This is what my crafty.rc file looks like. Is it ok or is something missing? I found it as an example from a winboard message board. Changed the tbpath directory of course to match mine. Do I need a bookpath line as books are not enabled (just using a small book until I get it all working properly) when loaded through winboard. I have 5 *.tbs loaded in the D:\winboard\crafty\egtbs directory but when starting Crafty from the command prompt it says "egtb enabled" but also "0 files found". hash 24M hashp 4M cache 2M drawscore=0 book on book random 1 book width 5 resign 9 egtb tbpath=D:\winboard\crafty\egtbs end
