1)It does not change the fact that stefan is right that he did not use the word
final.

2)The words from Stefan's post are:"finally the court forbid Marcus to
publish..."
It is possible that he did not mean by these words to say that the decision of
the court was a final decision.

I am not sure if the meaning of the sentences a and b are the same:
a)Finally the court forbid Marcus to publish...
b)The court final decision is to forbid Marcus to publish...

I looked at the oxford english-english dictionary and I found the following:
finally adv 1 lastly;in conclusion.  2 once and for all:settle of matter

It is possible that Stefan meant lastly so it may mean the latest decision of
the court was to forbid and not that the decision is final that means by the
oxford dictionary that the decision put an end for the argument.
