The whole deal, Stefan, is very petty and it appears that the best thing you can do is drop the whole thing and get over it. You have gotten a lot of free promotion for your program at sites like Marcus's, and, no, you can't dictate every word that is written about your program at a website. Other sites that give your program free promotion--you're likely to see mention of your program dropped, at least in areas where you can sue. If I had a chess website here in the United States, I'd prove this to you by putting up a few pages, and having them listed by search engines, that said you were a petty so and so, and probably put some colorful stuff in there just to make you wish you could sue, maybe doctor up a picture of you, maybe take that picture of you at the world computer chess championship and put a red dress on you or something, and it would be listed on all the search engines.
