So you have a commercial program? If so, how it happened that you included other
person's code without prior contacting him? Please note that under USA law
"source code available" doesn't mean "public domain". There is still a
copyright.

So it is not exclusively EGTB cache, right?

Trash. There is only one set of EGTB cache and indices, regardless of number of
CPUs, at least in the code I wrote.
