I had the same problem when installing on NT4 (SP5).

I powered down the machine after installation of S5 then powered up again,
leaving the S5 disc in the CD drive.

I then opened up a window on the Cd directory and then started S5.

It asked for the CD and I got a couple of wrong CD messages, then it picked up
and I've had no further problems since.  It took what seemed like several
minutes before it satisfied itself that the legal CD had been found, but once
complete I believe it will not asl for the CD again.......a vast improvement
over S4.
